7 oz Cold Coffee
Salted whip cream
To prepare the salted cream, gently whisk heavy cream with a pinch of salt until it's airy and thickened, but still pourable—avoid making stiff peaks. Next, pour chilled, strong coffee into a glass, leaving a small space at the top. Finally, carefully spoon or pour the delicate salted cream over the coffee to fill the glass. Enjoy!
